Insight Architects worked on the modernizing the Courtyard Shopping Center at 2400 Park Road, a well established and beloved neighborhood shopping center owned by LatPurser. The idea is to bring the shopping center closer to the street and establish it’s present as an inviting street edge towards Park Road. The Dillworth Neighborhood should be encouraged to arrive at the Shopping Center on foot and bring their four legged friends with them. A new pedestrian access to the Shopping Center and a direct entrance to the new PetPeople store invite pedestrian traffic. Toast will have the option to offer outdoor seating towards Park Road.
