The existing, pre-manufactured metal building had a dated look. The design utilized most of the existing masonry materials while producing a more contemporary and updated appearance. Additional canopies provide comfortable entries into the individual tenant spaces and areas for signage above.
The shopping center building was almost vacant prior to the renovation with very low leasing rates. The increased street front profile allowed the client to increase leasing rates and completely occupy the building. The project was able to pay for itself in less than 3 years.
