PINE SPRINGS - New middle school for 550 students on a 20-acre wooded site adjacent to the existing elementary school. The school was designed and situated to take advantage of the topography and views of the existing land. It utilizes a compact, 3-story footprint, with indoor and outdoor common areas that face out towards the athletic fields, wooded areas and pond. The school also includes several amenities that can be shared with the adjacent elementary school and the community at large, including a competition gym and interior amphitheater.
