Here are some sketches of a preliminary facade re-invention – of a 70’s building on Kings Drive.
The idea was to open the building up for new hospitality uses on the ground floor, offer some visual interest and more daylight for the offices on the second floor.
The addition of the elevator in the back allows for easy access to the roof terrace with views on uptown Charlotte.
Looking forward to see this project to its completion.
